The wind more in your face.


Maybe you didn’t sleep so good.


Maybe you ate a little late.


Maybe you didn’t drink enough water.


Maybe something is on your mind.


Or maybe it’s none of the above.


Maybe slow days, well, just happen.

And you just have to accept them and do the miles.
